Miss Texas United America's Photos

Vivian Ta is the reigning Miss Texas United America 2011. Vivian attends the University of Texas at Arlington where she is majoring in Psychology. The 21 year old is planning on obtaining her Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D in Psychology and becoming a professor of Psychology and conducting research. She is a member of her sorority, Delta Delta Delta, and has held many leadership positions within the organization. She is also planning on opening her own pageant coaching business. Vivian's platform during her reign is "Early Detection of Colorectal Cancer" in honor of her father who is a rectal cancer survivor. She volunteers with the Colon Cancer Alliance to help educate other about the disease and to encourage them to be screened. Vivian is an agency represented model with The Public Eye Talent Management and models part time.  In her spare time, Vivian likes to travel all over the world and experience new things.  She enjoys yoga, ballet, the Dallas Mavericks, and pretty much anything athletic and active!
